The main Villa Entrance leads into the spacious double aspect living area with 3 Sofas and local television, the dining area offers the opportunity for more formal settings and the whole room is light, airy and stays cool in the summer months thanks to the French doors opening out to the L-shaped Veranda, the terrace then merges into the extensive mature gardens. 

The well equipped kitchen offers fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker/hob, radio and plenty of storage space. a small table offers space for breakfast and additional food preparation area.

The Master double bedroom has a shower and WC room en suite, and overlooks the pretty garden.
There are 2 twin bedrooms: one has an en suite bathroom containing a hip bath with shower.

There is an additional full bathroom with small bath with shower.  The fourth bedroom is small and has bunk beds, and is therefore only suitable for children.

Our new self contained Guest Suite offers an even higher level of accommodation with heating and air conditioning, flyscreens on all windows, a modern fully equipped Kitchen and a Terrace with a built in Barbeque and wood fired Pizza oven. The Terrace overlooks our Rustic lands to the South of the estate and your only disturbance will be the quaint "yip" call the Farmer on the other side of the valley uses to gather his Cows for evening milking.
